Hello Everyone! My name is Mauricio Ferrari Paroni and I'm the Head Chef/Owner of Mamma Mia Pizzeria in Clarkson. I arrived in Australia in 2004, I'm passionate about cooking and after 4 days I was already working with pizzas.

       In December 2011, I had the pleasure and honour to open Mamma Mia Pizzeria. I've been involved in the entire process of fit out, since building up the woodfired oven, coolroom, painting walls, artwork in the dine-in  and designing the menu. 

       We are a family owned business & pride ourselves on quality & service. We only use fresh ingredients & follow a traditional authentic Italian recipe! We hope you enjoy our pizzas !!!
